About Casa Dos Cocos

Casa Dos Cocos, located in the Guiones Beach Club, is just a 2-minute walk to the beach via a private path. Ideal for families, it comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests in 2 buildings (9 in the main house and 2 in the private studio). The home offers privacy, security, and a peaceful setting while still being close to town and very close to the beach. Its modern yet cozy design blends authentic Balinese furniture with Costa Rican charm, creating a stylish yet inviting retreat.

The main house includes three bedrooms designed for comfort and flexibility. The master suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and generous closet space. The kids' bunk room includes bunk beds and a single bed, making it a fun and functional space for younger guests—perfect for this kid-friendly rental in Nosara. The garden-facing bedroom offers a king bed and a trundle bed, ideal for families, and includes a desk so it can also serve as a quiet workspace for remote work.

Above the rancho, the private studio bedroom includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom, a large desk, and sliding doors that open to a west-facing terrace, offering extra privacy and beautiful sunset views over the Guanacaste landscape.

Bedrooms

Living Room and TV Room

The living room features a cozy sitting area with a sofa and two chairs centered around a Balinese coffee table, offering a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee and watch local wildlife in the surrounding trees. A separate TV and game room includes a large flat-screen TV, board games, two large sofas, and beanbags, making it a comfortable space for movie nights or relaxed evenings indoors after a day of surfing or yoga.

Dining and Kitchen

The open plan kitchen and dining area are designed for gathering and easy entertaining. The dining table seats up to 12 comfortably and is crafted from a single piece of wood. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a Berkey water filter. Four counter stools provide a casual spot to sit, chat, or enjoy a drink while meals are being prepared.

Bathrooms

The master bedroom and kids’ bunk room have ensuite bathrooms, and the studio includes a full private bathroom. There is also a convenient half bath located in the rancho area near the pool, ideal for outdoor use.

Pool and Rancho

Just above the pool is the covered rancho, featuring four comfortable chairs facing the pool and ocean, a charcoal Weber BBQ grill, another large round table, a sink, ample counter space, and two beverage refrigerators. This west facing area is perfect for afternoons by the pool and sunset gatherings. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also accessed from this area.
The pool is approximately 5.5 feet deep and stays refreshingly cool thanks to shade from the surrounding trees.

Patio

The kitchen opens onto a covered patio overlooking the pool and surrounding jungle. This area includes a large round dining table and a separate lounge space with two sofas and a Balinese coffee table, with ceiling fans to keep the space cool.
